02Building in public, shipping fast
I'm a solo founder based in Montreal. I got tired of building products nobody wanted, so I flipped the script: validate first, build second.
My process: Run ads to a landing page. If people try to buy, I build it. If not, I saved myself months of wasted work. Every line of code is written with AI assistance - Claude, Cursor, and whatever ships fastest.
No investors. No employees. No meetings. Just products, ads, and iteration.
Thesis
03Most founders build for months before learning nobody wants their product. I refuse to write code for ideas that haven't been validated with real money.
The playbook: fake door test with paid ads, capture intent, build only what converts. AI makes development so fast that validation is now the bottleneck, not engineering.
